Standalone Facial Recognition – Simple, yet Cost-effective Security Solution

This latest device is able to function without the use of a server. Built with the 7-inch slim design and an easy-to-use touchscreen, the BR06S still has enough processing power to ensure quick verification times and enough memory to store user capacity. With the new mode of standalone operation, the BR06S makes it easier for integrators to generate a cost-effective and no-hassle solution for small and mid-sized businesses.
On top of its stylish design and user-friendly layout, the BR06S is a master terminal that supports multi-factor verification via faces, fingerprints, NFC cards, or an inter-combination of all three authentication methods. This allows users to implement varying levels of protection according to the required necessary security.
Installations are also a breeze and can be done almost anywhere thanks to BR06S’s simplicity and compact dimensions. With built-in Wiegand, RS232, RS485 and Relay interfaces, the BR06S allows seamless integration with existing systems for added security controls, such as card readers, door/gate locks, door sensors, other locking hardware and more.
Designed to work all day even in dimly lit environments, the IR camera and IR LEDs also help detect the presence of any face in real time. In addition, the experimental results show that the BR06S achieves a top recognition rate of 99% when tested on a large set of digital images collected from the face databases.
