Shuttle Inc. (TAIEX: 2405), the global leader in small form factor computer technology, today announced the launch of its flagship product, the XPC Cube SH370R8. The new model provides the advantage of Intel’s 9th gen processors, packs impressive expansion and storage capabilities in a significantly smaller case, designed for nearly limitless applications for professionals, creators, and gamers who need a high-performance PC.
Based on the Intel H370 chipset, the SH370R8 made ready for the LGA1151v2 8th/9th Gen Intel Coffee Lake platform technology. Combined the latest Intel 9th gen processors with up to 8 cores and 16 threads, it meets a high range of computing-intensive tasks. With a Core i processor and integrated graphics built-in, the SH370R8 drives a crystal-clear 4K/Ultra HD video on three displays with native HDMI 2.0a and DisplayPort connectors.
Carrying forward the legacy of XPC, the SH370R8 maximizes internal scalability and storage capacity to the desired applications. With barely a volume of 14.2 liters, the SH370R8 is three times smaller than a traditional tower and can accommodate a maximum of 64GB (16GBx4) of DDR4 memory, four 3.5-inch hard drives, a large format dual-slot graphics card, and a fast M.2 NVMe SSD drive.
Beyond its wide range of expansion capabilities, the SH370R8 comes with rich set of I/O options to address every need, including two RJ45 for Gigabit LAN, two M.2 slots for an NVMe SSD and expansion possibilities for WLAN, two USB 2.0, four USB 3.1 Gen 1 and four USB 3.1 Gen 2 to provide up to 10 Gbps of high-speed data transfer rates.
