Why I have 2 CD driver in my accessory box?

There are 2 CD drivers come with SD31P. One is for 32bit, another one is for 64bit operating system.
9D0-CDROM0-6210 or 9D0-CDROM0-6370 is for 32bit operating system driver.
9D0-CDROM0-6250 is for 64bit operating system driver.
